# T3 · Content Gap Matrix — Balloon Decor Ocean County NJ

**Date:** 2026-09-29
**Scope:** 10 competitors from `competidores-sites.md`. Surface-level gap analysis uses the **7 sites that actually have web content** (3 competitors operate without any website and are excluded from surface counts; treated separately in the trust-signal section).
**Input artifacts:** `per-competitor-audit.md`, `niche-vocab-orthodox.md`, `kw-research-ocean-county-v2.md`.
**Method:** Pure aggregation of T2 audit + T2 niche scan + T1 keyword brief. **No re-crawling. No Apify.** Every count below traces back to a row or cell in those files.
**Output consumer:** T6 (website brief for Amador's prima).

---

## TL;DR — the 5 highest-leverage gaps

1. **Bar/bat mitzvah dedicated service pages** — missing from 5 of 7 audited sites (with Celebration Creations + Premiere Events both mentioning but neither has a dedicated page). KW brief confirms `bar mitzvah balloons` + `bat mitzvah balloons` = **+∞ YoY, Low competition.** Single biggest exploitable whitespace.
2. **FAQ page** — missing from 5 of 7 sites. Universal miss; nobody in the Lakewood radius answers "do you do balloon decor for a bris?" or "what's your shabbat setup window?" in a structured FAQ format.
4. **LocalBusiness schema** — missing from 5 of 7 sites. The two schema-rich sites are Celebration Creations (LocalBusiness ✅) and Le Fete Shop (Organization, WebSite — but no LocalBusiness). Nobody else has any GBP-friendly JSON-LD. Universal technical miss.
5. **GBP cross-link from website** — missing from **all 7 sites** that have a website. Universal trust-signal miss; nobody links to their Google Business Profile from their site footer/contact.

## 1. Methodology

### How "gap" is defined

A **content gap** is any item (page, surface, term, trust signal) that **most competitors lack** AND that a customer question in the Lakewood + Orthodox Jewish market would land on. We measure gaps by **frequency**: how many of the audited sites have the item vs. how many lack it.

### Scoring rules

| Tier | Threshold | Exploitability |
|---|---|---|
| **Tier 1** | Missing from 5–7 of 7 audited sites | **Whitespacemost.** Publish here for uncontested SEO + customer-answer coverage. |
| **Tier 2** | Missing from 3–4 of 7 | **Strong whitespace.** Worth doing; not as defensible. |
| **Tier 3** | Missing from 1–2 of 7 | **Completeness.** Crowded; do only for parity with the dominant competitor. |

For **trust-signal gaps** (GBP link, schema markup, NAP consistency), we treat the 3 no-website competitors (House of Helium, Balloonacy, Tab) as **inherently missing** because they have no website at all — so the denominator for trust signals is **10** (all 10 competitors), not 7.

For **niche vocabulary**, the source-of-truth count is from `niche-vocab-orthodox.md`, which scanned 7 sites — same denominator.

### Source data invariants

- **Surface counts** ← `per-competitor-audit.md` § SUMMARY MATRIX (rows 425–434), transposed onto 5 surfaces.
- **Niche term counts** ← `niche-vocab-orthodox.md` § 1 (vocabulary coverage matrix).
- **Niche keyword demand** ← `kw-research-ocean-county-v2.md` shortlist + § DEAD SEEDS (which establishes the Planner blind-spot pattern).
- **Trust signals** ← `per-competitor-audit.md` § SUMMARY MATRIX columns "Schema (notable)" + "GBP link on site" + the "Broken features" column.
- **No estimates.** Every count is from the input files.

## 2. Per-surface gap counts (5 surfaces × 7 audited sites)

Source: `per-competitor-audit.md` § SUMMARY MATRIX (home / service pages / gallery / FAQ / blog columns).

| Surface | Sites with it (✅ or ⚠️) | Sites missing (❌ / 💀 / 🚫 N/A) | Missing count | Tier |
|---|:-:|---|:-:|:-:|
| **Home** | 5 of 7 (Celebration Creations ✅, Premiere Events ✅, Jersey Shore ✅, Home Run ✅, Stylized ✅; Le Fete ⚠️ partial, Balloon Pantry 💀 parked) | 2 of 7 | 2/7 | Tier 3 — table-stakes; saturated |
| **Service pages** | 1 of 7 full + 4 partials (only Celebration Creations ✅ with 25 pages; Home Run ⚠️ 1, Jersey Shore ⚠️ 2, Stylized ⚠️ 1+collections, Le Fete 🚫 retail, Premiere ❌ 0, Balloon Pantry 💀) | 1 full + 2 zero | **6/7** if counting both "zero" and "no dedicated pages" | **Tier 1** |
| **Gallery** | 3 of 7 (Celebration Creations ✅, Premiere ✅, Home Run ✅; rest missing) | 4 of 7 | 4/7 | Tier 2 |
| **FAQ** | 2 of 7 (Celebration Creations ✅, Stylized ✅; rest missing) | 5 of 7 | **5/7** | **Tier 1** |
| **Blog** | 1 of 7 active (Celebration Creations ✅ 53 posts lastmod 2026-09-04; Home Run ⚠️ 4 thin, Stylized ⚠️ 1, Le Fete ⚠️ empty index; Premiere 0, Jersey Shore 0, Balloon Pantry 💀) | 6 of 7 (counting thin/empty as effectively missing) | **6/7** | **Tier 1** |

### Per-surface read-outs

- **Home (Tier 3):** Saturated. Every real competitor has a homepage. No whitespace. Build a normal home page with phone + address + hours + service overview + CTA. Don't reinvent.
- **Service pages (Tier 1):** The dominant competitor (Celebration Creations) has **25 service pages** including `balloon-arches-new-jersey`, `balloon-walls-new-jersey`, `balloon-columns-new-jersey`, etc. Four others have 0–2. A new entrant should publish a focused **10–12 page** service cluster (arch, garland, columns, walls, marquees, sculptures, ceiling decor, backdrops, centerpieces, bouquets, photo frames, dance-floor decor) plus the niche pages in §3.
- **Gallery (Tier 2):** Only 3 of 7 have a real gallery. Building one is table-stakes for a new entrant — not whitespace, but necessary. Recommended: `/gallery/` organized by event type (weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate, baby showers, upsherins, bris decor, etc.). This is the primary visual-asset page; Lakewood customers want to see Orthodox-coded examples.
- **FAQ (Tier 1):** Universal miss except Celebration Creations + Stylized Events. **A new entrant's FAQ is a Tier-1 publishing win.** The niche-specific questions (bris, upsherin, sheva brachos, shomer shabbat, eruv logistics) are completely un-answered anywhere in the dataset.
- **Blog (Tier 1):** Only Celebration Creations has an active blog (53 posts, lastmod 2026-09-04). Premiere Events and Jersey Shore have 0–1 posts each; Stylized has 1; Le Fete has an empty blog index. **A new entrant that publishes even 2–3 posts/month wins the topical authority race in 6 months.** Recommend a `Blog / Resources` cluster on niche events — bar mitzvah trends, bris decor ideas, upsherin balloon styling, etc.

---

## 3. Per-event-type gap counts

Source: `per-competitor-audit.md` § AGGREGATE NICHES & WHITESPACE (niche-term table) + § AGGREGATE GAP MATRIX + § SUMMARY MATRIX event-count columns.

Counts are **how many of 7 sites-with-content mention the event type** in narrative copy. Empty = no surface, no dedicated section, no mention.

| Event type | Sites with any mention | Sites with a **dedicated service page or section** | Customer question (un-answered elsewhere) | Tier |
|---|:-:|:-:|---|:-:|
| **Bar mitzvah** | 2/7 (Celebration Creations ×2, Premiere Events ×1) | **0/7** | "Do you do balloon decor for bar mitzvahs?" | **Tier 1** |
| **Bat mitzvah** | 2/7 (Celebration Creations ×2, Premiere Events ×1) | **0/7** | "What about bat mitzvah decor specifically — not just 'bar/bat mitzvah' generic?" | **Tier 1** |
| **Bris / brit milah** | 1/7 (Celebration Creations ×1) | **0/7** | "Can you decorate for a bris? What's appropriate?" | **Tier 1** |
| **Upsherin** | 1/7 (Celebration Creations ×2) | **0/7** | "Do you do upsherin balloon decor?" (3-year-old haircut ceremony) | **Tier 1** |
| **Sheva brachos** | **0/7** | **0/7** | "Do you decorate for sheva brachos (the 7 post-wedding meals)?" | **Tier 1** |
| **Aufruf** | **0/7** | **0/7** | "Shabbat-before-wedding aufruf — do you set up at the shul?" | **Tier 1** |
| **Vort** | **0/7** | **0/7** | "Pre-wedding vort balloon decor?" | **Tier 1** |
| **Kiddush** | **0/7** | **0/7** | "Kiddush balloon decor (shabbat-morning, bris kiddush, yahrzeit kiddush)?" | **Tier 1** |
| **Simcha** (generic) | **0/7** | **0/7** | "What kinds of simchas do you decorate?" | Tier 1 (Yiddish-coded body copy only) |
| **Baptism / christening** | 1/7 (Celebration Creations ×2 + ×2) | **0/7** | "Baptism balloon decor?" | Tier 1 |
| **Quinceañera** | **0/7** | **0/7** | "Quince balloon decor?" | Tier 1 |
| Wedding | 5/7 (Celebration Creations ×5, Premiere ×1, Jersey Shore ×7, Home Run ×1, Stylized ×9) | 0/7 dedicated "wedding balloon decor" page | "Wedding balloon arches NJ?" | Tier 2 — saturated narrative, no dedicated page |
| Baby shower | 3/7 (Celebration Creations ×3, Home Run ×1, Stylized collections) | 0/7 | "Baby shower balloon decor?" | Tier 2 |
| Corporate event | 4/7 (Celebration Creations ×15 + `/corporate-events/`, Premiere ×1, Home Run ×1, Stylized ×2) | **1/7** (Celebration Creations has `/corporate-events/`) | "Corporate event balloon decor?" | Tier 2 — single dominant page |
| Graduation | 4/7 | 0/7 | "Graduation balloon decor?" | Tier 3 — saturated |
| Birthday party | 4/7 | 0/7 | "Birthday balloon decor?" | Tier 3 — saturated |
| Yeshiva dinner / Bais Yaakov dinner | **0/7** (Premiere Events is a client of Yeshiva Darchei Torah but doesn't use the term in copy) | **0/7** | "Do you do yeshiva dinner / school gala balloon decor?" | **Tier 1** |

### Cross-reference with kw brief

`kw-research-ocean-county-v2.md` confirms:
- `bar mitzvah balloons` = 10–100/mo, **Low competition, +∞ YoY** ✅ (Tier 3 in shortlist)
- `bat mitzvah balloons` = 10–100/mo, **Low competition, +∞ YoY** ✅
- `bar mitzvah balloon centerpieces` = 10–100/mo, 0% YoY
- `bat mitzvah balloon centerpieces` = 10–100/mo, 0% YoY
- `upsherin party decorations` = **no Planner suggestions** (Planner blind spot — no advertisers bidding, not zero demand)
- `bris balloon styling NJ` = **no Planner suggestions** (same blind spot)
- `sheva brachos balloon decor` = **no Planner suggestions** (same blind spot)
- `simcha party decorators Lakewood` = **no Planner suggestions** (same blind spot)

**Read-out:** the 4 Planner blind-spot events (upsherin, bris, sheva brachos, simcha) are the *same family of customers* typing the Hebrew/Yiddish spelling of bar/bat mitzvah. The kw brief already proved the family searches — `bar mitzvah balloons` exists at 10–100/mo because someone typed it. The 4 blind-spot terms just haven't been typed into Planner by an advertiser yet.

## 4. Niche vocabulary whitespace ranking

Source: `niche-vocab-orthodox.md` § 2 (whitespace ranking) — terms with **zero competitor coverage** in narrative copy, organized by exploitability tier.

### Tier 1 — Highest recommended (zero coverage + Lakewood customer intent)

| Term | Coverage | Lakewood relevance | Why it wins |
|---|---|---|---|
| **upsherin** | 1/7 (NJ Balloons lists "Upsherin" but has no balloon keyword) | ~1,500+ per year (3-yr-old boys × majority-Orthodox cohort) | Planner returns no suggestions; only competitor listing doesn't target as keyword |
| **bris / brit milah** | 0/7 | Every Jewish boy, ~thousands/year in Lakewood | Zero coverage + zero Planner bid |
| **aufruf** | 0/7 | Hundreds of weddings/year | Zero coverage |
| **sheva brachos** | 0/7 | Every Orthodox wedding has 7 days of them | Zero coverage |
| **vort** | 0/7 | Pre-wedding engagement party | Zero coverage |
| **kiddush** | 0/7 | Post-Shabbat, bris, yahrzeit kiddushim — frequent | Zero coverage |
| **yeshiva dinner / bais yaakov dinner** | 0/7 (Premiere Events is *client* of Yeshiva Darchei Torah but doesn't use the term) | ~50+ galas/year from top Lakewood yeshivas | B2B-ish, higher ticket size |
| **shul** | 0/7 | "Shul ballroom" / "shul kiddush" common Lakewood search patterns | Zero coverage |

### Tier 2 — Strong whitespace

| Term | Coverage | Why it wins |
|---|---|---|
| **kosher** (event-friendly) | 0/7 | "Kosher-caterer-compatible decor" / no non-kosher balloon weights |
| **shomer shabbat** | 0/7 | "Shomer Shabbat balloon decorator" is a real Lakewood search |
| **eruv** | 0/7 | Lakewood eruv affects Saturday setup logistics |

### Tier 3 — Niche cultural / Yiddishe

| Term | Coverage | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| **chasunah** (wedding) | 0/7 | Use in body copy for tone, not as paid kw |
| **l'chaim / lchaim** | 0/7 | Same |
| **bais yaakov** | 0/7 | Girls' school events (graduation, dinners) |
| **boro park / monsey / five towns** | 0/7 | Adjacent Orthodox communities; exclude from paid (out of service area) |
| **heimishe / lebedik** | 0/7 | Tone markers; signals community fit |
| **bnei mitzvah** (gender-neutral plural) | 0/7 | Some families use this term |
| **simcha** | 0/7 | Generic simcha-friendly vendor language |

### Already-covered terms (Tier 3 — for completeness only)

| Term | Coverage | Where |
|---|---|---|
| bar / bat mitzvah (compound) | 2/7 | NJ Balloons ("Bar-Bat Mitzvahs"), Premiere ("Bar & Bat Mitzvahs") |
| bar mitzvah | 2/7 | NJ Balloons ×2, Premiere ×1 |
| bat mitzvah | 2/7 | NJ Balloons ×2, Premiere ×1 |
| upsherin | 1/7 | NJ Balloons ×2 |
| bris | 1/7 | NJ Balloons ×1 |
| rabbi | 1/7 | Premiere Events ×3 |
| yeshiva | 1/7 | Premiere Events ×1 |

**Read-out:** Across 7 sites, only Celebration Creations + Premiere Events use any Orthodox vocabulary in narrative copy. The other 5 are 100% generic. **There is no balloon-decoration shop within 5 miles of Lakewood that uses any Orthodox event vocabulary in their copy.** (`niche-vocab-orthodox.md` § 5, final read-out.)

## 5. Trust-signal whitespace

Source: `per-competitor-audit.md` § SUMMARY MATRIX columns "Schema (notable)", "GBP link on site", + § "Broken features" notes. Denominator: **10 competitors** (including the 3 no-website operators).

| Trust signal | Sites with it | Sites missing it | Missing count | Tier |
|---|:-:|---|:-:|:-:|
| **GBP cross-link from website** | 0/10 | 7 sites-with-website + 3 no-website | **10/10** | **Tier 1 — universal miss** |
| **Phone number on homepage** | 6/7 sites-with-website | 1 (Le Fete Shop — no phone anywhere) | **1/7** | Tier 3 |
| **Physical address on homepage** | 6/7 | 1 (Le Fete Shop — no address anywhere) | **1/7** | Tier 3 |
| **LocalBusiness schema** | 1/7 (Celebration Creations only) | 6/7 | **6/7** | **Tier 1** |
| **Review/AggregateRating schema** | 1/7 (Jersey Shore Party Shop mentions it; Celebration Creations via LocalBusiness; nothing dedicated) | ~5/7 | **5/7** | Tier 1 |
| **Dedicated testimonials page** | 4/7 (Celebration Creations ✅, Jersey Shore ✅ inline, Home Run ✅ `/reviews`, Stylized ⚠️ inline; Premiere ❌, Le Fete ❌, Balloon Pantry 💀) | 3/7 | **3/7** | Tier 2 |
| **Pricing transparency (page)** | 2/7 (Celebration Creations `/balloon-pricing-guide/`, Home Run `/pricing`) | 5/7 | **5/7** | Tier 1 |
| **Quote / booking workflow** | 2/7 (Jersey Shore `/quote-request/`, Stylized `/pages/request-for-quote`) | 5/7 | **5/7** | Tier 1 |
| **NAP consistency across pages** | 6/7 (all sites-with-website except Le Fete have consistent NAP on home) | 1/7 | **1/7** | Tier 3 |

### Read-outs

- **GBP cross-link is the single most universal miss.** Even Celebration Creations — the dominant competitor — does not link to its Google Business Profile from the website footer, contact page, or anywhere. Adding `https://www.google.com/maps/place/?q=place_id:...` to a new site's footer is a free + instant trust-signal win.
- **LocalBusiness schema is the second most universal miss.** Only Celebration Creations has it. Le Fete has Organization schema (irrelevant for a service business). The other 5 sites have either WebSite-only (Jersey Shore, Home Run) or no JSON-LD at all (Premiere, Stylized). A new entrant adding `LocalBusiness` + `PostalAddress` + `ContactPoint` + `OpeningHoursSpecification` + `AggregateRating` JSON-LD on the home page + every service page inherits a massive SERP-feature opportunity (knowledge panel eligibility).
- **Pricing transparency is a third under-served surface.** Only 2 of 7 sites publish prices. The kw brief's negative keyword list (`wholesale`, `cheap`, `free`) shows DIY shoppers exist but the service customer wants to see a price range before booking. A `/pricing/` page is whitespace.
- **Quote / booking workflow** — only 2 of 7 have a real quote pipeline. Building a multi-step quote form (event type → date → venue → balloon count → contact) is whitespace for conversion, not just SEO.

## 6. Top 10 whitespace opportunities ranked by exploitability

Ranking criteria: (1) % of competitors missing, (2) customer-intent clarity, (3) alignment with kw brief's +∞ YoY / Low competition signals, (4) downstream T6 effort.

| Rank | Whitespace opportunity | Competitors missing | Customer question it answers | Effort | Source |
|:-:|---|:-:|---|:-:|---|
| **1** | **Bar mitzvah dedicated service page** (`/bar-mitzvah-balloon-decor-lakewood-nj/`) | **6/7** (only Celebration Creations mentions in narrative; **no dedicated page anywhere**) | "Do you do balloon decor for bar mitzvahs in Lakewood?" | **M** | Audit §2 (CC row, niche term "bar mitzvah" = 2/7); kw brief Tier 3 |
| **2** | **Bat mitzvah dedicated service page** (`/bat-mitzvah-balloon-decor-lakewood-nj/`) | **6/7** | "What about bat mitzvah specifically?" | **M** | Same as above; kw brief Tier 3 |
| **3** | **Bris / brit milah service page** (`/bris-balloon-decor/`) | **6/7** (only NJ Balloons mentions once) | "Can you decorate for a bris?" | **S** | Audit § AGGREGATE GAP MATRIX; niche scan Tier 1 |
| **4** | **Upsherin service page** (`/upsherin-balloon-decor/`) | **6/7** (only NJ Balloons lists "Upsherin") | "Upsherin balloon decor?" | **S** | Same |
| **5** | **Sheva brachos service page** (`/sheva-brachos-balloon-decor/`) | **7/7** | "Do you do sheva brachos decor?" | **S** | Same — pure zero coverage |
| **6** | **FAQ page** (`/faq/`) with 15–20 Orthodox-coded + service questions | **5/7** | "Do you do balloon decor for a bris / upsherin / sheva brachos? Are you shomer shabbat? Can you set up at a shul?" | **M** | Audit § SUMMARY MATRIX FAQ column; kw brief confirms Orthodox intent |
| **7** | **LocalBusiness schema markup** (JSON-LD on home + every service page) | **6/7** | n/a (technical SEO signal — drives knowledge-panel eligibility) | **S** | Audit § SUMMARY MATRIX Schema column |
| **8** | **GBP cross-link in website footer** | **10/10** (universal miss including the 3 no-website competitors) | n/a (trust signal — drives map pack + branded clicks) | **S** | Audit § SUMMARY MATRIX GBP link column |
| **9** | **Pricing transparency page** (`/pricing/`) with arches / garlands / columns price ranges | **5/7** | "How much does balloon decor cost in Lakewood / Ocean County?" | **M** | Audit § AGGREGATE GAP MATRIX; only CC + Home Run have it |
| **10** | **Quote / booking workflow** (multi-step form: event type → date → venue → balloon count → contact) | **5/7** (only Jersey Shore `/quote-request/` + Stylized `/pages/request-for-quote`) | "How do I book?" | **L** | Audit § SUMMARY MATRIX (broken features / quote column) |

**Effort legend:** S = ≤ 1 day (single page or markup addition). M = 2–5 days (page + supporting content + schema). L = 1–2 weeks (multi-step form + integrations).

## 7. Recommended page inventory — what Amador's prima should publish

Grouped by tier and customer-question type. **Pure analytical recommendation from §2–§6 above; no implementation here.** T6 (website brief) takes this and turns it into a concrete build plan.

### Tier 1 — publish first (highest-impact whitespace)

**Niche event service pages** (each answers an un-asked customer question):

1. `/bar-mitzvah-balloon-decor/` — Tier 1 gap, kw brief Tier 3
2. `/bat-mitzvah-balloon-decor/` — Tier 1 gap, kw brief Tier 3
3. `/bris-balloon-decor/` — Tier 1 gap, Planner blind spot
4. `/upsherin-balloon-decor/` — Tier 1 gap, Planner blind spot
5. `/sheva-brachos-balloon-decor/` — Tier 1 zero-coverage gap
6. `/aufruf-balloon-decor/` — Tier 1 zero-coverage gap
7. `/vort-balloon-decor/` — Tier 1 zero-coverage gap
8. `/kiddush-balloon-decor/` — Tier 1 zero-coverage gap
9. `/yeshiva-dinner-balloon-decor/` — Tier 1 B2B zero-coverage gap

**Hub / structure pages**:

10. `/faq/` — Tier 1 surface gap (5/7 missing); populate with 15–20 niche-coded + service Q&As
11. `/pricing/` — Tier 1 trust-signal gap (5/7 missing)
12. `/gallery/` — Tier 2 surface gap (4/7 missing); organize by event type

**Trust-signal markup** (apply sitewide, no new pages):

13. LocalBusiness + PostalAddress + ContactPoint + OpeningHoursSpecification + AggregateRating JSON-LD on home + every service page — Tier 1 schema gap (6/7 missing)
14. GBP `place_id` cross-link in footer of every page — Tier 1 trust-signal gap (10/10 missing)

### Tier 2 — publish second (strong whitespace / completeness)

15. `/baptism-balloon-decor/` — Tier 1 zero-coverage gap (mentioned but no dedicated page anywhere)
16. `/quinceanera-balloon-decor/` — Tier 1 zero-coverage gap
17. `/blog/` index + 2–3 posts/month on niche events — Tier 1 surface gap (6/7 missing active blog)
18. `/testimonials/` — Tier 2 surface gap (3/7 missing)
19. `/wedding-balloon-decor/` — Tier 2 saturated-narrative but no-dedicated-page gap
20. `/baby-shower-balloon-decor/` — Tier 2 gap
21. `/corporate-event-balloon-decor/` — Tier 2 gap (only 1 competitor has dedicated page)
22. `/jewish-holiday-balloon-decor/` hub — Tier 1 (Succos / Rosh Hashanah / Pesach / Purim / Shavuos decor)
23. Multi-step quote / booking form (`/book/` or `/get-a-quote/`) — Tier 1 conversion gap

### Tier 3 — completeness only (do for parity; not whitespace)

24. Standard service pages: `/balloon-arches/`, `/balloon-garlands/`, `/balloon-columns/`, `/balloon-walls/`, `/balloon-marquees/`, `/balloon-sculptures/`, `/balloon-ceiling-decor/`, `/balloon-backdrops/`, `/balloon-centerpieces/`, `/balloon-bouquets/`, `/balloon-photo-frames/`, `/dance-floor-balloon-decor/` — Celebration Creations has 25 of these; a focused **10–12 page** cluster matches the niche without over-extending.
25. `/graduation-balloon-decor/`, `/birthday-party-balloon-decor/` — Tier 3 saturated; do for parity only.
26. Standard contact pages (`/contact/`, `/about/`) — Tier 3 table-stakes.

### Total page count

- **Tier 1: 14 items** (9 niche service pages + 3 hub/structure pages + 2 sitewide markup additions)
- **Tier 2: 9 items** (3 niche pages + 1 blog engine + 1 testimonials + 2 standard pages + 1 holiday hub + 1 booking form)
- **Tier 3: 18 items** (12 service-page cluster + 2 saturated event pages + contact + about)

**Phase 1 launch (Tier 1 only):** ~14 publishables. Hits every Tier 1 whitespace from §2–§5.
**Phase 2 (T+60 days, Tier 2):** ~9 publishables.
**Phase 3 (T+120 days, Tier 3 + blog cadence):** 12 service pages + ongoing 2–3 posts/month.

## 8. Methodology notes

### What this brief used (per task constraints)

- `per-competitor-audit.md` — surface audit + trust-signal columns for 10 competitors (3 🚫 no-website).
- `niche-vocab-orthodox.md` — niche-vocab coverage matrix across 7 sites.
- `kw-research-ocean-county-v2.md` — keyword shortlist + DEAD SEEDS blind-spot pattern.

### What this brief did NOT do

- **No re-crawling.** No curl, no web_extract, no Apify. All counts are aggregations of the T2 audit's SUMMARY MATRIX + the T2 niche-vocab matrix.
- **No new keyword research.** The kw brief's blind-spot pattern (Planner returns "no suggestions" = no advertisers have bid, not zero demand) is the basis for inferring demand for upsherin / bris / sheva brachos / vort / kiddush / aufruf.
- **No competitor URLs visited.** All citations are to rows/cells of the input files.

### Honest caveats

- **Sample page selection bias** (inherited from T2): the T2 audit sampled 3–5 representative pages per competitor. Sites with deep collection pages (Stylized Events has 80; Le Fete has 223) may have additional niche content not sampled. The aggregate "missing from N/7" verdict is robust because the empty sites are obviously empty; per-site counts are directional.
- **Niche vocab scoring used "narrative copy" rule** — image alt-text was excluded (per task constraint on T2). This means a banner image titled `Sukkos_2025.png` (Le Fete) was not counted. A pure grep would count it.
- **Trust-signal denominator choice.** §5 uses 10/10 for GBP cross-link (universal miss including the 3 no-website competitors) but 7/7 for other schema signals (only meaningful for sites with websites). Documented inline.
- **Tier 1 threshold per task spec is "missing from 5–7 of 7."** This applies to surface counts. For niche-event gaps, the tier is recalibrated by both surface coverage AND kw-brief demand signal — a niche event with 0/7 mention + Planner +∞ YoY is the strongest possible signal regardless of strict 5/7 count.
- **Quinceañera gap.** Listed as Tier 1 zero-coverage in §3, but the kw brief has zero data on Hispanic Ocean County demand. Recommend T6 include a market-sizing note for the Hispanic segment before publishing `/quinceanera-balloon-decor/`.
